EVOCATIONS | A Nomadic Exhibition Project

The exhibition Evocations - A Nomadic Exhibition Project, curated by Lóránd Hegyi, is an initiative to vitalise direct relations between artists, galleries, foundations, museums and cultural institutions in different countries of Europe and the Mediterranean. The uniqueness of the project is to present contemporary drawing-only works with a focus on the new and authentic narrative that originates from empathy, radical imagination, and interiority, revealing human resources in an age of profound intellectual and moral disorientation. The language of drawing, with its spontaneity and sensitivity, with its free and immediate expression of phantasms and visions, with its offensive sensuality, manifests a possibility of true dialogue from within and without, of the personal and the collective.
